Tapped Out app won't open at all

I did countless reinstalls and nothing worked with solving this problem. Until one day, I accidentally clicked on the wrong button and voila...
When you get the prompt to enter your Apple Password -- Click on CANCEL. If you enter your password it will kick you out. If you cancel and do not enter your password it will launch the game. Don't know why, but is only works on my iPad if I cancel out the Apple Password.
Nothing happens when I hit cancel. And resetting would suck since I play on my iphone
I reset my phone and nothing happened the game still won't work, I've contacted Apple for a refund as I've lost my patience. Sorry I don't mean to rant, I've just had enough. x
