Tapped Out app won't open at all

Igot the same from apple contact ea but they never got back to me and that was about 5 days ago now like I said on another thread back your device up to iCloud or a computer then delete your device set it up as a new user with a new I'd log out of origin on tapped out then change your apple id under the apps section in settings I then downloaded another app open that then Simpsons and hey presto just re install from your back up again it worked for me
