It seems to me that the e-mails you received from EA are "canned." They're prewritten responses that they customize just a bit. In other words, at this level, the "customer service" reps really aren't thinking about problems, but looking for keywords and pulling up the closest canned response they can find.
This is a pretty lousy way to treat paying customers. And the abysmal English is adding insult to injury. Get off the pot EA and provide some decent support!
