Look i'm gonna be blunt here and you're probably not going to like it, but you are one of a handful of people who has had a * time with EA. But the fact of the matter is, there are less than 1% of people having problems with the game. You are unfortunately one of them. You yourself admitted you are over the limit in decorations. You said that you cant access your game on any device. Do you really not know what the problem is? It's something in your game that YOU caused. You sound ridiculously spoiled and entitled because since you spent money on the game (implying that you're the only one in the world who's bought donuts) that EA should be able to magically fix your game for you. That's not how computer coding/video games work. If you are knowingly over the limit that EA says, don't go over, maybe don't go over it?
I'm not defending EA here because customer service does need to be improved. However, you're acting like a child. Complaint threads about EA's customer service have been done to death. In a game that has been so buggy in the past, why even take a chance with going over limits that have been put in place. Why.
The fact that you went to a 3 month old thread that had GOOD customer service just proves my point further. You just want attention because you had a bad experience. Everyone knows now, if you want to be frustrated, contact them. I don't know what you were expecting.
