TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

Did you really expect EA to provide "Customer Service" I went through this at Valentines day with the freezing harp and another time back over a year ago and it was a quest would not appear, of course...

I actually got help from a third-party source when I had the harp glitch, EA was no help at all.
