TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

Did you really expect EA to provide "Customer Service" I went through this at Valentines day with the freezing harp and another time back over a year ago and it was a quest would not appear, of course...

I skipped the comments entirely. I'd say they gave you the answer. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but they didn't cause the issue.

It still sucks, and I sympathize.
