TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

Did you really expect EA to provide "Customer Service" I went through this at Valentines day with the freezing harp and another time back over a year ago and it was a quest would not appear, of course...

What an odd rule of a forum. Users should be fully allowed to post emails, it's my correspondence, I can choose to share it.
There's no personal details there.
