TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

Did you really expect EA to provide "Customer Service" I went through this at Valentines day with the freezing harp and another time back over a year ago and it was a quest would not appear, of course the solution was found here in the forum.

I do not think I really ever read a "Yay EA crazy grats to awesome CS" unless it is a Ea employee I doubt it happens.

    Actually, no it isn't your correspondence. If someone sends you an email (or a letter) the contents still belong to them and should only be published more widely with the sender's permission. Every other forum I am a member of has the same rule.
