Currently only have a tile but farm & news station are now next to the squidport so there will be something soon (hopefully.)

I had to learn this from the forums too as it's not part of the game's tutorial. The simpsons house regenerates in 45 seconds. Clicking ANY high payout building before the owner has a chance to resets the clock on that building for them. I understand this rationale, and try to tap high-value buildings when I visit friends, but I'm not 100% convinced that it always works this way. Example in my own town: I clicked today on a handshake over my church after not having been in TSTO for several hours. After clearing it, I tapped again on the church, but it still showed needing the full time until the next payout. In fact, I don't ever remember tapping on a handshake and then having that building having an accelerated payout. Maybe I'm just missing it or misunderstanding, but wanted to bring it up.

Maybe you exceeded the 12h after the handshake and that is why you did not get any time saved.

Add me Megumsasu ....growing corn but have my stage and squid port near each other. Moving my news station there too.

I would like to add friends or be added, but I can't connect to Origin (no orange symbol in other Springfields) although I can play and visit current friends. Weirdly I can't log out either to play my other game, and my iPhone won't log in to play at all: "Origin Unavailable" message. So, I'll keep checking back...

I know, it's so annoying! Hope a bunch of you guys in the coming week after weeding out some uninformed folks and those missing in action. So excited about this! :)

Weird, it works for me. I've noticed that we can now double tap a church. As in if a friend of yours tapped it and the necessary time passed I can also tap it and then I can see the name of your friend who first tapped it. I have never had two thumbs up on any building except for those mentioned above, so perhaps, and I'm only speculating here, if two members tap your church or similar, you lose the time benefit?

Oh and you can't see it's been tapped before but if it happens too often it's a sign of a deserted town.

Some say grow a new tile that might get a better tile, others say you have to unclick every 2nd handshake to get a new one with the 2 tile glitch (which is troublesome for people like me in the UK with lots of US buddies)

Sometimes I get 3 tiles though and my husband says sometimes he can see my tile and click it but nothing registers on my side (which is worse in my opinion as the neighbour thinks they've done you a favour where you think they're being lazy and ignoring you.)

*sigh*

I also had trouble finding it! Am steadily adding friends from here but the network is still wonky. I can see my list of friends but not their tiles which is a bit disconcerting...
