I would not pay donuts for any of them, no. They're neat, but not worth my limited cash.
Uuuuuhhh... Nope. I could list ten things off the top of my head that have been asked for and are certainly not here.
(Crazy Cat Lady, more land, new houses, dirt or other ground cover, the radio station, stonecutters, different flowers or other landscaping options, the koi pond, more variety of shops or a decoration to boost consumerism, The Homer, a decoration to control the landing zone, Troy McClure, the karate school, Just Stamp The Ticket Man, a Buddha statue, and a partridge in a donut tree.)
