The Game should allow Offline Play!!!
I'd like that. There is no reason why the game can't be set up to sync your account up if any changes were made offline.

I agree! The worse is... the new Sim City will also be forced to be online, thing is, I don't have internet where I am in the week so.. I guess it'll be a weekend game for me... :(
