You can also send all the standby characters on task. That reset the destinations for me a couple of times.

I've seen two in a neighbor's town already, and just got exposed to two more here. I'd like to unwrap the present slowly, if you get me.

Others might also not want to have them revealed early.

Yup, that did it. After the last flyer was done, I got 5 fresh flyers, one of which was correct

Is it Siberia, Russia by any chance (clue was something like Northern place to send tigers)? I never had this come up as an option the other day. Waited till the next few sets of travellers and it never came up. Chose to use 10 donuts to make it through.
