When you are quoting someone who isn't promoted the disable bb code button is still on. You have to uncheck it.

I have the same problem. I was stuck in Respectable Moe skin until I was randomly tasks to Smuggle Endangered Species. So I tapped the task and regular Moe came back to smuggle the panda. Can't get back to Respectable Moe skin now but it's cool coz I already got the limo that's sitting in Fat Tony's Mansion driveway and I prefer Moe in his regular show outfit.

There is no +- sign to switch skins. (Moe only, other characters I have no issue changing skins.)
