I bought Hank from The Character menu. There was no rebate attached to him; he was 200 donuts.

Why not just wait until Black Friday to see if he is on a rebate offer then?
As much I like and want Hank, I personally cannot justify spending 200 donuts on him.
Believe me, I wanted to, but the completionist inside me would have nothing to do with that.
