It seemsThat way. Although yesterday I didn't have anyone in there and the animation was going. I do hope they add a permanent job for someone in there though.

They should do like the drive-in theater. We could chose which ad we want to play on the screen.
If it doesn't get a permanent task then it'll go into to storage after the event. Shame because it has the potential to be a great addition to my town.
