I love all these houses. Do they pay income or are they just decos like the Brazilian ones from the Destination event?

Has anything craftable had a bonus at the time? I know some things later had bonuses added, but I don't remember 'live' bonus.

make a river next to the auction house(in the blue area, make sure nothing is blocking that space). Then place the boat there. It gives you a crafting multiplier.

Shame that they didn't include something like Tudor houses or something with the British stuff...country cottages with thatched roofs or some such...

This has probably been mentioned, & I’m not sure if this is the best location, but Canal Houses cannot be placed on pavement (gray roads without sidewalks). I had to remove the pavement, leaving grass adjacent to the river for proper placement near the museum with a bonus % earned.
