The XX gift card club

I hit 60k today.

Would be nice to know if cards will be converted to donuts or cash at the end of the event. I kept collecting Goo like a mad man, then it was gone. I have all but one wheel prize, so after I get that I don't see the point in getting more cards.

I think 125 or 150k would be a good goal. If you have 100 neighbors thats 3k, and once you really get into the quests if you have a lot of characters you can get 2,3k from them for a while. Plus presents and gift bags. I've been playing hard and I think I'll hit 40k tonight, and we still have 2 or 3 weeks to go.

How about something like bronze, silver and gold:

40k
60k
80k

I "just" got 38k goo and was pretty upset i didnt mak th silver for 40k.

That should be achievable still from today on

Background of my thought:

28 days of event (10 dec to 7th jan) times 3000 tickets per day (100 x30) is 84000 tickets. Lets take one day of not visiting off for christmas eve so you are at 81000. That way you would reward everyone that played and visited regularly during this event.

I know you can get more if you exploit the 18th quest but i somehow consider that cheating and it shouldnt get rewarded specially.

on xmas eve/day we get double (according to the files so total speculation)

Repeating an available quest over and over is not an exploit. Its "Creative use of Game Mechanics". :mrgreen:
EA gave us the quests to do and if I want to send my people hunting the Simpsons while their quest
isnt finished yet, there shouldnt be a problem with it.

I personally want to finish the Mr Plow questline before I send homer into hiding.
I tend to forget what I did with lisa and if I forget to send her into hiding and make a lot of snow angels instead,
I should not be penalized for doing so :-)

Ill be joining the 50K card club soon, tomorrow hopefully.

Don't forget all the gifts that appear in your town as well :thumbup:
