Club card points
By acquiring skins, buildings, etc etc (new content). Also, as you progress, you will be given the ability to craft and each item crafted counts towards club card points.

- Can someone give more information on this? Do the points just automatically get saved to your account? I wanna buy the Vegas wives but I'm holding off until I find out more. Also, how do you redeem them? There's been no in-game explanation other than the fact that you can earn them.
- I went ahead and bought the Vegas wives anyway... For those who were wondering, when you buy one of the new premium items that gives club card points you will get a quest from Burns who will then give you the Burns' Casino Players Club Card. It will also allow you to place the Casino Concierge Kiosk for free. You can then earn currency and some special prizes. Really cool idea, love it!
- Yes, once you acquire a prize or purchase premium content, it automatically awards it to your kiosk.
I bought Vegas wives yesterday before I knew how it worked and instantly got the kiosk, then was wondering how I would level up on it. Last night, I accumulated enough chips to get the Burns fountain which apparently put me over the edge on the kiosk, so I leveled up there too. You do earn craft items for leveling up on the kiosk, just FYI.
