Things that EA should have added to the event but they didn't

I LOVE this event, I'm enjoying it a lot (mostly because there's some kind of order and you just have to check every 4 hours), but there are a lot of things they could have added and they didn't. What...

They should've added the Master Sushi Chef & Madam Wu for the Japan section.
