It's on Google Play Store now. Just downloaded. New splash screen and app icon. No in game difference.

are you sure? That's odd. There are no new quests as the event starts tomorrow. This was bug fixes and setting the fall theme.

3 are skins, The Devil is part of the Demons set. There's a Blue Goblin, but no Blue Demon.[
