Things to fix:
Hellementary School becomes a skin for the high school.
Nightmare Pile gives the ability to send all children trick or treating at once, year round. Like the Zombie Sandwich.
I'm on board with all of this, especially the classic monsters suggestion and the vampire friend visits, but I don't think Hellementary School would be ever changed (even though it probably should've been a skin to begin with).
I agree about the school, especially since people paid donuts for it
