Maybe one to watch out for I was going to move some items into Springfield heights from Springfield... I moved the the banana dictatorship and lost 25 donuts Then moved the mApple store, and ...

I would contact them again. Tell them you went to the tapped out forum and the official answer was donuts restored. Tell them you got the info from a moderator and that the moderator was told this is what would happen. But be nice. Nice always wins.
