I would try to contact them via live chat. That is what I did after losing 45 donuts. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and refunded the 45 donuts immediately. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. I'm not sure if being in the UK will make a difference though as I am in the US. Good luck!
I live chatted and was told it would be fixed.
Very frustrating to hear some getting reimbursed and others (me) not.
Seems like a FUBAR situation to me....but then again....what do I know, I'm just a loyal paying customer.
