Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

Bit annoyed that some people are having donuts restored while others are not. Not consistent and unfair. Also not happy that my case is being shown as resolved even though it still isn't. Don't know if this is country specific? I'm in the UK and the customer service rep was not going to be persuaded to restore them. Not buying anything until they sort this out.
