Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

I'm in the US and I didn't get my donuts back during my very polite and friendly chat. I also received an e-mail saying my issue was resolved and my ticket closed. So, it's not just the non-US players who apparently need to wait. I lost ~100 donuts so maybe it's the qty of donuts that determines whether or not we're told to wait for an update instead of getting an immediate refund. :?:
