OK, spoke to Harshit on the EA online chat. Harshit repeatedly told me the issue was being looked into, and he gave me the link to the TSTO forum and told me to post on here about my issue. Apparently EA use these forums as a guide to see the number of people affected. Still 18 donuts down. Sigh.
