What else has pi$$ed me of is that we have to chase it up like this and it's not even our fault. They hardly make it feel they are working on the issue, I get the impression that if you don't make the effort to contact ea you won't get reimbursed. If that's the case, that's wrong, if they can make updates reach every device, they should be able to check on every device, who has/had donuts and where they went. Funny hiw they can't fix this glitch quick but the free donut glitch a few years back got fixed ASAP. Ill give them another day and ill contact again. Still blows myind how others who have reported the issue after me have been compensated already. That makes me livid, you can't do that IMO.
