Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

I lost over 100 donuts really suddenly, i didn't really click on anything besides the build button to check that something new was available for crafting and noticed then that i have now 2458 donuts. I got really scared and closed the game. I guess I won't be opening it before this get fixed.

So is buying land the universally acknowledged trigger for losing donuts? Or has anyone else figured out the "logic" behind this glitch?

I still haven't updated, I wanted to grind for fences and bonuts until this morning, but with a glitch this severe going round (and apparently affecting almost everyone) I will hold still and continue playing Tap Ball until an update that definitely fixes this issue is out...
It's hard though, I can't wait to start Springfield Heights and I don't want to be way behind, but since the expansion has no time limit the fear of losing donuts (and potentially having to deal with EA's customer disservice) is definitely greater than my curiosity...

I'm really crossing my fingers they'll release a patch later this day, hopefully we non-updaters don't have to wait for a few days or so... Oh well, I'll just keep grinding for bonuts...

Ahhhh, I did wonder what had happened and why ea were so quick to resolve.
I lost 26 donuts and couldn't figure out why. Spoke to live chat and got 30 back

Same here -- lost 50 donuts.

I just had 20 donuts, spent 4, then came back to my game and now I'm missing all 16.

Can someone post a direct link for EA support? I never had to contact EA before and am not sure exactly where to go.

I've lost 33 donuts. Really annoying as I worked very hard to earn them. I guess I'll wait a few hours to see if EA sort out yet another glitch. Really hate having to contact them as they're not very helpful. I put effort & money into this game and resent being treated like someone who is trying to scam them for donuts. (Which is how I got treated when I complained about the last lot of disappearing donuts.)

Very, very grateful that I haven't updated yet and won't until forced to. I am so thankful for this forum!

well, now ive been a victim too, i lost my precious last donut, not that i could have done anything with it anyway xD
