Maybe one to watch out forI was going to move some items into Springfield heights from Springfield...I moved the the banana dictatorship and lost 25 donutsThen moved the mApple store, and lost 23 donutsI've been in chat with ea support and apparently it's an known issue, so just to keep you all in the loop....Watch this space

I lost all my 36 donuts. Didn't mocemove anything to SH from SF but still lost them. Just been putting characters on jobs for coffee phones and furniture. Did they say anything about getting the donuts back?

Just the usual..."support will email you back"

I just bought 330 Donuts and now I have 192!!! Contacting support now....

Same here had 148 did nothing now have 74.contacted support cut and past reply we will get back to you

Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

I am truly sorry to hear about this! I've always had good experiences with EA help and hopefully they will return the donuts to you, especially since this is a known issue. I am so scared to update and I don't want lose donuts :(. I hope that with the forced update coming very soon comes a fix for the donut loss glitch.

Mine was working fine for most of the morning. I went to lunch and came back and my donut count was suddenly down 60 donuts after starting normal play again. I chatted with the EA chat and got mixed results and then got this tidbit when i asked if i'll get my donuts back and if i should stop playing.

"Can stop playing and we are working on a update to fix those donuts missing at this time we cannot promise anything but will work on giving compensation upon completion."

I'd suggest immediately stop playing for the time being if we aren't going to be compensated for our lost donuts.

thanks to all for contacting EA, I put out the word too on the Mod end. Will update when I hear anything official.

So pleased I'm not the only one! 18 down so far - total freemium player so was pretty angry at myself for being so stupid at losing them randomly - pleased to hear it's a known issue - am intrigued to see how they fix this!

havent moved anything over to SH and still have all my donuts. kinda scared to make moves dont want to lose any donuts.

hope this issue is fixed for you all and you guys get those missing donuts back

are you able to play on the SH side without losing donuts?
