I lost all my 36 donuts. Didn't mocemove anything to SH from SF but still lost them. Just been putting characters on jobs for coffee phones and furniture. Did they say anything about getting the donuts back?

Just the usual..."support will email you back"

I just bought 330 Donuts and now I have 192!!! Contacting support now....

Same here had 148 did nothing now have 74.contacted support cut and past reply we will get back to you

I just lost 67 donuts. I wondered what happened! I moved a few things from Springfield the Heights and poof! I guess I'll send them a ticket now. Good grief!

I have lost about 200 donuts not playing now till there is a patch to sort it out :cry:

I lost 15 donuts - but it was only only my original account - not on either of my two children's accounts not on my 'additional' town or on my 'I really don't need another town but if I don't sign up to origin on this account then I only really have to look after four towns' town??. It is now on level 19?

Sorry, if it's a bit OT since as a non-updater I have not lost any donuts, but I was just wondering if they don't manage to release a patch later today, we'll probably be stuck with this problem over the weekend, right?

That would be a shame, I'm really excited to finally start my Springfield Heights...

Has it been confirmed that you ONLY lose donuts if you MOVE something from Springfield to Springfield Heights? Has anyone lost them WITHOUT moving anything?

Aw, you're still in Tap Ball? It auto-updated me last night. :( I haven't done anything to open the tunnel yet though.
