Best thread I've ever made

I got my original 48 donuts back....and they "rounded me up" to 50...so 2 free donuts...

Should I mention people have had more than that? Lol #greedyyorkshireguy

To the people who have lost donuts:

Have you moved any buildings from Springfield to Springfield Heights? Just seeing if maybe we can confirm if this is in fact what's causing the donuts to vanish.

On page 3, Laurindajayajaya said they hadn't moved anything into the Heights and lost 32 doughnuts. They were doing tasks there.

On page 4, montmorencyj said they lost doughnuts when buying land, as they hadn't moved anything into the Heights.

On page 7, blizzardfri said they lost 100 doughnuts and hadn't moved anything. They were doing quest line.

Right now I'm definitely not going to start Springfield Heights for sure.

I was curious myself. I'm not allowing my game to update until I know this has been fixed. I will just not click on it and not play. I will have to find other games to play until it is fixed. :cry:

I don't recall seeing anyone say they hadn't even opened the tunnel before losing their donuts. Am I wrong? Because right now I feel completely locked out of my game. I don't even want to open it. But if I could just put the tunnel on hold and still do regular game stuff, I'd do that.

Still on Tap Ball, but when I'm forced to update, I'm seriously considering staying out of my A and B-Towns until this is fixed. I can concentrate on my RTTF town which, at level 26, cannot do SH anyway.

Finally was forced to update today...and add me to the list of people who have lost donuts....11 to be exact. I worked so hard during tap ball to earn those donuts...I hope I can get them back. I did take a screenshot of donut total just as I had started SH ...so I have proof if my total.

Also lost all my doughnuts but 3, problem is I am not sure how many I had.

The update has been forced, no more Tap Ball for me. That's why I'm asking if the loss is only after opening the tunnel. I can play and not open the tunnel, but if donuts are disappearing even before that, then I just won't open the game.
