I lost all my 36 donuts. Didn't mocemove anything to SH from SF but still lost them. Just been putting characters on jobs for coffee phones and furniture. Did they say anything about getting the donuts back?

Just the usual..."support will email you back"

I just bought 330 Donuts and now I have 192!!! Contacting support now....

Same here had 148 did nothing now have 74.contacted support cut and past reply we will get back to you

I feel the same way. I'm afraid to even open it. I haven't downloaded the update yet, but I have to before I can play again. If I knew I could just play normally and not open the tunnel, I would do that. Has anyone updated but not opened the tunnel?

I'll keep people updated if I lose any, but this is what I'm doing now. Playing the game, but not starting the Springfield Heights quest. Will immediately report in here if I lose any. I have take screen captures of my current amount.

Had a nice chat with Vikram, said it was a known issue and they are working on a solution, I will get all my donuts back plus compensation. Did not tell me what was causing the issue though.

Well, I've updated, built the oil well and red blazer realty. I haven't opened the tunnel, and so far I've encountered no donut loss. I'm staying right where I am until I know it's patched. Since I don't have access to the other side, I'm hoping that the bug will stay away.

Another data point...

My wife was forced to update. In both her towns she had everyone on 24 hrs. All she has done is collect on buildings. She's done nothing with SH tasks. No donut loss yet.

Same here.

Not a very good start to what should be a fun new update. Was looking forward to redesigning my town after all the new stuff I got...now I'm too scared to go in at all.

I lost 4 donuts when the Confirm Donut Spend was defaulted to No.

Frustrating when you're saving for something.

lol, oh no...... thats a blow off- if they are going to restore your donuts they do it then and there- if he didn't do it, likely none are coming.....
