Sorry to hear about your loss, and yeah EA should fix that, but that's not what this thread is about.

Uhh... no. Some of us get donuts in bulk, and hold on to them waiting for new releases and limited time stuff.

Alright, I'll join in on playing but not opening the tunnel.

I bought 900 donuts just before Tap 'Ball ended. Use a few to craft some stadium stuff. Updated to SH when it came and bought the 2 buildings for 220 donuts. I should have still had ~640 donuts, but went down to 427 after reading the forum and checking my game. Talked with EA and they also told me that it would be fixed and I would get my donuts back. Still waiting on that.

BUT in the meantime, I have continued to play the game. I collect chairs, scrolls, etc from all the characters and buy land and upgrade buildings. I have not lost any more donuts since I first noticed some missing. I also have not moved any SF buildings into SH.

I started SH in my other 2 games ~ 1 day later, but haven't done much with them. (The short time frame for crafting is a pain.) I have not lost any donuts in either of these freemium towns....yet.

I have no idea what is causing this and I don't think EA knows either.

Thanks, Neuro! You are braver than I. :D I was also forced to update but waiting to play until we know more. I was hoping for the patch before the forced update.

I immediately took a screenshot of my donut total in front of the closed off tunnel, though. If any go missing, I'm sure I'll need proof.

Good idea, will take another screen shot there (I think I have taken four screen shots already... but I have been stock piling donuts if they have any Black Friday deal this year and would hate to lose them all).
