- I am so upset ?. A regular player of TSTO and enjoying the latest update. Been saving up to purchase the duff brewery and when I think I have enough dohnuts I realise that I'm missing 50+ of them. These dohnuts are ones which I have PURCHASED and I never clicked "yes" to agree to using any of them.
I hope this issue is resolved swiftly. - :( I had like 20+ donuts and they just disappeared today :(
- I haven't lost any donuts (unless they went missing while I wasn't in my town), but I haven't played since yesterday - I'm not going to tempt fate. Hopefully they will give a fix soon and everybody who has lost their donuts will actually get them back.

How do they know anyone is telling the truth? If any random person contacts them and says, hey I just lost 50 doughnuts, they might be lying or they might be telling the truth. At least a screenshot backs you up a little bit.- I've only lost 2 donuts. I have it set to confirm my donuts usage and I haven't confirmed to spend any. Just adding to the noise of wanting the bug fixed. We purchase these donuts, it's not right for them to just disappear.

Lost all donuts when I upgraded my condo to level 5, live chat with EA replaced them within minutes.
I spoke with them on chat yesterday when it happened the first time (went from 104 to 52 and I had't spent any) and they said to wait for the patch. I then went to the kitchen to grab my coffee and when I came back I was down to 9 :(- I just contacted Customer Service and they said to wait for a patch. If donuts are still missing after the patch, they said to contact them then. This "patch" should fix the problem and restore everyone's donuts.
