Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

Add me to this list. I was also told to wait for the patch when I contacted EA today after noticing I was down to 15 donuts from 32.

I have other Springfields that are suspiciously low, but I didn't record what number they started at before the update.

Yep. I have missing donuts too. Oddly, I have "proof" with a screen shot I took yesterday, and another screen shot from today/

I turned to the dark side (I updated). So far I have touched nothing new. All I have done is set characters on tasks, collected money from buildings and visited neighbours. No donut loss yet.

I did a live chat yesterday and was basically told "get in line".
Can't be one hundred percent sure but its at least twenty doughnuts.
As a recently reformed premium player, 20 'nuts are precious.
I was getting close to either Uncey Herb or Laura.
Gill better be good to us next time 'round even if/when they fix this.

Does everyone with missing donuts have the Banana Dictatorship? I really want that one, but so far I haven't had any disappear and I want to keep it that way.

I've lost about 100 donuts!
Support said they will roll it back and we'll get back to however many donuts we had at the event start.
I hope so!

Last night i had 652 donuts, this morning it was down to 452, and then suddenly dropped to 413.

This is nerve-wracking.

Answer: The problem exists only for people who are level 30+ and who have unlocked the Springfield Heights.

Question: How do I retrieve missing donuts?

Answer: Contact EA's Support. (Tip: It's quicker and easier to contact them via the online chat during certain hours.)

Question: How do I fix my Springfield decorations glitches that are present after the update?

Answer: Again, contact EA. They will be able to assist your problem.

Question: What was the new update today all about?

Answer: Who knows? Most likely, EA is working VERY hard and fast to resolve this widespread donut problem because it is costing them money. Their support has been working diligently to restore donuts to users, and as you may figure, some players are taking advantage of this glitch to restore more donuts than they had originally (which, if I may add, is dishonest!).

There was a small update but still missing my donuts. Maybe they show up later on.
