Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

There are some of us who purchased donuts shortly after the update first hit. We saw 2 premium, limited time items, totaling 220 donuts ... Though in the big picture, I suppose rolling everyone back to before the expansion is by far the best idea. Those, like me, who DID purchase donuts would have a receipt to reflect our purchase, which we could offer as proof of our purchase once things are rolled back. I bought 300.

Rolling things back for everybody would be the best way of making certain that even people who don't follow forums will be restored.

I have found a few doughnuts since the event started visiting neighbours. If they "roll back" and I lose my new freebie doughnuts, that would be a slap in the face.

I hope not. That would wash away all the bonuts me and others got who were still playing Tap Ball up until the forced update today.

I hope EA has a more elegant solution to restore the donuts for those who lost them.

I bought the Banana Dictatorship, and didn't lose donuts (well, aside from the ones used to buy it).

I am missing 110 donuts after updating yesterday morning. I did not move anything from SF to SFH.

I also noticed that the icons at the top left that portray the caracters are not listing properly. An example is.....Homer is the current icon but when I click it Bart's tasks will appear. Sometimes the icon will be blank and see through. Weird glitch!

There was a small update tonight but it didn't seem to correct anything that I can see.

Well I was gonna save them, but now I wonder if I should spend them...

Haven't been on here in a while. 54 donuts for me. Bit of a relief when the agent told me it was a recognised issue.

I contacted support and was told that they are aware of the problem, they are working on the issue and the update will put your donuts back. :roll:

I reported my missing donuts directly to ea 2 days ago, not even an email or anything yet, not happy.
