Thought on the Winter 2016 Store Panel: No Winter ?

LP do you know of the Christmas lights for buildings staying here for awhile?

Didn't the mini quest line today say something about ..get ready by decorating? I can't recall exactly what it said.

No way. EA will NEVER pass up a chance to make money and Christmas is a cash cow. It will be a full event.

Worried there might be a Springfield Heights expansion in the pipeline. Hope not.

Have we been bad this year? I would be sad if there was no Christmas update.

Just to add to the fervor:

You know, some years they don't even do a Christmas episode on the show. At most they might just do something in the background like a Christmas tree in a window or a sale sign on a store. >:)

I think LP might be on to something here. Like we'll probably get snow but the focus may be the mall stuff instead of Christmas-y stuff. I'm totally ok with that because I already have so much Christmas-y stuff in my town.

I suppose that it's possible that we'll get a small Christmas event that lasts a couple of weeks and some other events either side of it rather than the large winter event we tend to get, I can't see them totally missing Christmas as makes money but they could change thing around a bit, although they seem to be fixed into a mini event /Tie-in followed by a major 6 week ish event then another mini/tie-in and so on but I'm sure that all will be revealed in the next few weeks.

no offense, but not sure why people would not expect a winter event this year...some people sipped too much gravy me thinks
