Thought on the Winter 2016 Store Panel: No Winter ?

I'm dying for it. Not for the actual SH tasks, but I really want that land above the mountains for a permanent home for a North Pole/Christmas/winter wonderland type area. They have to open that remaining land at some point, so now would be as good a time as any.
