I spent an hour or so "condensing" some of the bigger properties in my Old Springfield western town (the new Springfield Heights extension) - much to the dismay of the ranchers who had big properties. Their holdings had to be downsized in order to make room for bringing over old buildings from Springfield, which in turn has opened up new spaces for potential new items in Springfield.
