It's been covered pretty well in replies so far but only you by playing or EA Help in certain cases and by agreement can add things to your town.
Anything says it can give you free stuff in your game is a lie that will cost money and if the anti-cheat systems spot it then it could cost you your game.
Just farm, that won't get your account deleted.
