The fact remains that, despite the unreasonable worries of the EXTREME circumstances of losing something like 400 GOO per day (let's keep in reality), one or two neighbors doubling up will cost 6 GOO per day, per player, at most. Obviously you will not run across many (some won't have ANY) who do this.
Nobody is a victim here with this. I was irritated by those crying foul over their 6 lost GOO when they have the ability to "take back" the GOO that was "stolen." If those people choose not to do anything, the only person they have to be upset with is themselves.
When you have the ability to make something right, and you make the choice not to, who's at fault then?
