There's too many threads going right now. I thought I was stuck at level one-three bars in, because I couldn't craft anything anymore. Then figured out I needed to collect horseshoes or coasters by spinning at Moe's casino, then when I have enough. Go back to crafting area and use level up arrows. Very slow process & you find yourself wanting to lose on the spins, cuz that's when the horseshoes are awarded. Very confusing, hope this helps.
