That's great, that's the spawn rate I've been going off all event, and today for Act II as well, except I've not bothered to figure out how long it takes one to spawn, just all 60. This is just confirmation that none of this changes from Act I to Act II. For those interested, I've used this to figure out some maximum chip totals in my first post.
