TIP: place island immediately, don't collect bells until you do
I am always so annoyed when I accidentally do that. Thankfully I have learned. That tip is important for all events.

I'm getting close... 21847 bells and counting... I did use a couple of rounds of donuts to expend some excess elves and boost my count a little. But I'm feeling like I might make it before the event ends!
