Maybe I need friends that actually play the game.....

When an event begins, I check all my friends and see when they last logged on. If it says a week or more, I drop the dead beats. Once the event starts I check them all again and if its been more than a day since they logged in I drop them and add more

Every new event I've had to dlt a few neighbors. The "last log in" feature in the friend list is so handy when it comes to weeding out non-active players.

yup just means they arent checking theyre town.. check theyre KL, sometimes i can get lucky there and tap the things u need to complete their AFK TOWNS!! =D

No they could have already cleared their stuff, they could be on vacation or something not everyone can play everyday the only way you will know for sure is if someone is inactive is to check the last time they logged in and if they are on the forums you could ask them why they haven't
