Its the same corn no matter when you plant it, they call it Christmas corn just because it will be ready to collect on Christmas if you start it today.

Once my Halloween "candy corn" crop is ready, I'll start my Christmas corn, and put witch marge on overtime to speed it up, to get it ready on time.
