Town has been totally rearranged. All donuts missing, premium items gone
only thing you could really do is contact EA. If they don't do anything about it then sorry buddy :?

I tried contacting EA telling them about the logged in from a different device error. I told them that i only have one device (my iphone) that can play TSTO and that I've never used any other device before to log in to my account or my origin account.
The EA customer service just said it was due to bad connection basically but I'm sure the error message comes up whenever a stranger gets access to your account through this glitch.
I agree. The other day I was playing and it booted me out. Wouldn't let me log back in for a couple of minutes. It's happened at least 3x in last month - thankfully no one did anything bad. I have been logged into two towns but obviously left right away. So frustrating ....
