So I started the drone scan and it locked up (didn't count down) then it went weird and this happened below: So now I have 4 agents in "inventory prison" lol, not sure what ...

No shenanigans, I've had it freeze 3 times when it starts (drone scan begins but doesn't start counting down) but this is the first time it changed to this screen (other 2 it just reset and I started again). I could move around my whole town but couldn't see buildings with ready to collect symbol, but could tap them and collect, plus all usual characters were invisible too.
I've been playing since day 1 of release, even before the app store removal. Multiplier 930%, little house farm, every 4 hours I get about 25 donuts, or avg 100 a day. Before level 939 was available I had about 400 donuts saved and about a 180% multiplier, all my farming/donuts has come since then so you can see how quick it's built up.
