When I go to the Friendiverse and do stuff (tap on aliens in friend's towns or whatever) the Rigellian timer stops in MY town. So if there were no Rigellians in my town when I left, there aren't any when I get back.
Interesting, that would be another reason not to visit after the 1st 30 friends. I'll try and check if that is happening in my SF today.
