Also since I live in the UK, GMT is my local time zone.

It'll start at 4 due to the fact that the UK is currently in BST not GMT.

Aah yes. Was having to think about if i was wrong in saying the first act started at 4. Losing track of BST/GMT due to all thats going on right now ????. Will also enjoy the extra hour of sleep on Sunday. That clears it up, Thankyou.

I think in the past it changed to 7am.

I still remember all the confusion of Stonecutters when here on the Pacific coast we would get our new daily riddle at 1am (it had to be solved and accomplished within 24 hours) but other things seemed to end at midnight. The event was a fun challenge but it also led to sleep deprivation for those of us hooked on it.

A number of times in my previous job I would say something innocuous, but a workmate would have a bit of a shocked expression and I would ask, "What???", I could not believe what he repeated, he said it was innocent, but some people might not understand.

It's a minimum of five characters, but you can get away with it if you use a full stop.
